A season in fast-forward 2026 was a growing season unlike any we have experienced at Pinglestone Estate. After one of the wettest winters in UK history, budburst arrived early. Spring then brought its own challenges, with a prolonged frost window that saw 19 nights below 0°C between 1st April and 16th May, including a treacherous late frost on 13th May.
