​Delivery Charges

• Standard mainland England delivery: £5.50 per order. Cases of 6 bottles are £9.50 per order. 

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

Once dispatched, deliveries are typically made within 1–2 working days using Royal Mail Tracked services. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Age Verification

Vranken Pommery UK Ltd t/a Louis Pommery England sells alcohol and therefore only accepts orders from customers aged 18 years or over.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• The recipient of the order (if different) is also aged 18 or over.

Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where suitable identification cannot be provided.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

​

If a product is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

​

Please email us at info@louispommery.com, including your order number and, where possible, photographs of any damage.
