These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Louis Pommery England website and any purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Age Restriction
Vranken Pommery UK Ltd t/a Louis Pommery England sells alcohol and therefore only accepts orders from customers aged 18 years or over.
By placing an order you confirm that:

Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery where suitable identification cannot be provided.

3. Product Information
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and imagery are accurate.
As our wines are produced in limited quantities, products may occasionally become unavailable. Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time your order is placed.
We accept major debit and credit cards together with any other payment methods shown during checkout.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver throughout mainland England using Royal Mail Tracked services. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery.

7. Collection from the Vineyard
Customers may choose to collect orders from Pinglestone Estate free of charge.
Collection is by prior arrangement. We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a convenient collection time.

8. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
If a product is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind unless your statutory rights apply.
9. Events & Vineyard Tours
Tickets for tours, tastings and events are subject to availability.
Should Louis Pommery England need to cancel an event, customers will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their booking to another date.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are offered at our discretion depending on the notice provided.
10. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable against eligible Louis Pommery England products, tours and experiences unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photography, logos, branding, text and graphics, remains the property of “Maison Pommery & Associés via its subsidiary Vranken Pommery UK Ltd” & “Pinglestone Estate Ltd” and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
