Our inaugural Blanc de Blancs is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grown on the finest chalk slopes of Pinglestone Estate. Aged for 42 months on lees, it reveals notes of white peach, lemon zest, brioche and jasmine, with remarkable purity, minerality and length.
