At Louis Pommery England, we take great care to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@louispommery.com, providing your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of wine once it has been delivered unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
Collection Orders
Products purchased for collection from Pinglestone Estate should be inspected at the time of collection. Any concerns should be raised with a member of the team as soon as possible.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
